Cygnet wins Year 2/3 Swim Carnival

Our Year 2 and 3 students gathered in the Immanuel Swim Centre for the Junior Primary Swim Carnival. This event was the culmination of swim lessons where our students grew more confident in the water, developed their strokes, and improved their skills. It was a joy to watch our students swim freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke in their races with developing stroke technique.

The novelty events, such as the Boogie Board, Beach Ball and Boat Race were a great way for our students to have a little fun while also working together as a team. These events provided lots of fun and laughter from our competitors.

Congratulations to Cygnet for taking home the trophy and to all our Year 2/3 students who flourished throughout the last few weeks in the pool. We are proud of the way you showed commitment and courage. Well done for giving so many events a go and for earning valuable points for your team.
