Kami City (Japan) and Immanuel Primary School Partnership in Action

We welcomed 12 students and 4 staff from Kami City to Immanuel Primary school. The students were so happy to arrive after 24 hours of travelling from their home city. Our 11 host families and our visitors enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea before heading to their new home to settle in.

The accompanying staff  Kae Tamura Supervisor at Kami City Board of Education, Yosei Momota PYP Coordinator and teacher at Omiya Elementary School, Dwaine Simms Assistant language teacher for Omiya Primary School and Satoko Morita English teacher at Kami City Educational Research Centre will spend time engaging with our staff and observing lessons.

How blessed we are to have this wonderful cultural experience.
